At Wild Wrens Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories
Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
